Waterville City Hall is the "heart" of all city operations. City Hall is located at 200 South Third Street, just a block and half south of Main Street. City Hall holds the office of the City Administrator/Clerk, City Bookkeeper and City Council Chambers. City Hall staff is available to answer questions regarding ordinances, planning and zoning requirements, water and sewer billings, assessments, city agendas and various other city information.
The City Administrator/Clerk is a council appointed position who serves as the City Administrative Officer for the City. The Administrator is responsible for directing staff on the implementation of policies set by the City Council. The Administrator oversees all department heads, coordinates the day-to-day operations, prepares and administers the city budget, works as the planning and zoning administrator, prepares the city council agenda, administers city elections and is the key contact for economic development.
The City Bookkeeper position handles payroll, accounts payable and receivables, the city's monthly water and sewer billings and maintains the city's accounting records and investments. The Bookkeeper also plays a role in the development of the city's annual budget.

Waterville City Council meets the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 200 South Third Street.
Planning & Zoning Commission meets the third Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall.
Park Advisory Commission meets the second Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall.
Waterville Economic Development Commission meets the fourth Thursday of each month at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall.
